I currently work in the hospitality industry while completing my university degree. I enjoy engaging with the local community and collaborating in a team environment.

I worked casually as an aquaculture farm hand at Coastal Oysters for 4 years. My regular duties included oyster lease and equipment maintenance, oyster husbandry, grading and opening, construction of farm infrastructure such as baskets, wholesale order preparation and walk in customer point of sales. I enjoyed working in the Oyster Industry it gave me a hands-on experience in aquaculture management. It also gave me the opportunity to collaborate with industry stakeholders such as attending the 2019 NSW Oyster Conference.

I have gained work experience in various areas such as; Hospitality at SeaWorld Resort in QLD, local restaurants, pubs and clubs.
